ONE STEP BEFORE THE REVEAL

The end of the world is here!

Seven-year-old Wen and her two dads, Andrew and Eric, are vacationing in a quiet, spacious cabin on the shores of a remote New Hampshire lake. One afternoon, while Wen is playing in the yard, a stranger suddenly appears in front of her. Leonard is the biggest man she has ever seen, but he is friendly with her. Three more strangers arrive at the hut, each holding a makeshift, menacing weapon. Wen runs home to call her parents, but Leonard warns her: “Your dads won't let us in. But it is necessary. We need your help to save the world!” The countdown to the Apocalypse has already begun…

THE Paul Tremblay tells a dystopian story full of mystery and dark images that emerge from a dreamscape, lost in the American hinterland. But it seems that the back door to… “little house on the prairie” leads straight to hell! A book characterized by Stephen King as "challenging and scary at the same time!".

An atmospheric thriller with heavy doses of horror that inspired the meter of dark cinematic atmosphere M. Night Shyamalan to bring the book to the big screen, under the title "Knock on the Shack" (Knock at the Cabin). The film stars Jonathan Groff, Ben Aldridge, Dave Bautista, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Rupert Grind and Abby Quinn. The film is expected to be shown in Greece in February 2023.

The book has won awards Locus and Bram Stoker.
