THE TRUMPET OF REVELATION

Inspired by the contemporary historical and geopolitical situation, the book "The Trumpet of the Apocalypse" moves between the roads of reality and the paths of fiction. The author manages with the skill of the experienced connoisseur the subject with which he deals, to give a fascinating narrative, the brainchild of the always charming combination of fact and fiction. The book begins with the spread of the Islamic revolution and the friction within the fledgling empire and continues with the threat of "cleansing destruction" the world faces due to the Trumpet of Apocalypse, a nuclear superweapon of a cabal of Islamist fanatics. Western commandos, suicide operations, invisibility suits and nanorobots, battles in underground worlds, the threat of mass destruction in a book that guarantees undiminished interest... A few words about the author Konstantinos Grivas is an expert in new war technologies and geopolitical analysis. His PhD thesis examines the relationship of classical geopolitical thinkers to advanced war technologies. He has written war novels, such as "2020", Oxy publications, "War and Shadow" and "Final Solution", Livani publications, studies, such as "War in the 21st Century", Communications publications, "2021. Greek Defense Strategy for the 21st Century", Kastalia publications (jointly with Zacharias Michas), "The Awakening of the Nightmare. The Nuclear Threat in the 21st Century", Oxy publications and "The Hammer of Thor. Advanced Missiles and Weapons for the 21st Century", which was published by the Institute for Defense Analyzes (IAA) of the Ministry of Defense and was responsible for the project "War in the 20th century, the big battles", which was published by Hellenic Letters in collaboration with the newspaper TA NEA. He has worked at the Institute for Defense Analyzes as head of the research area for high technology issues. He teaches at the Ionian University.
