THE BOOK
How are awe, mindfulness, body care, meditation, and balanced navigation of the world within and around us connected? All of these come together in InnSæi – the Icelandic word for intuition – a concept that embraces mindfulness, grounding, gratitude, and the deep wisdom of our inner voice.
This book is addressed to:
• Those looking for ways to deal with burnout
and regain balance in their lives.
• Those interested in the connection of mind, body and soul.
• Spiritual seekers who carve out their own,
only path to enlightenment.
In a time full of challenges, the human superpowers of Icelandic ancestral wisdom − creativity, empathy, resilience, openness − are more necessary than ever.
