THE BOOK
Through alternating diary entries, the Mark Twain tells with humor, irony and tenderness the birth of the first relationship in the history of humanity. Adam, lonely and practical, is amazed by the chatty, enthusiastic and full of questions Eve. She sees the world as a miracle, he simply tries to understand it. But over time, despite their differences, a deep love is born between them.
When the Fall comes, Adam acknowledges: «Wherever she was, there was my Paradise.» A thoughtful, bittersweet representation of the eternal relationship of the sexes.
