DEFECTIVE product:

Our products are delivered for shipment in excellent condition. In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform us (210 2514123 or [email protected]). Return costs are borne by the Company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging. The return package must include the proof of purchase. The return process may either credit your account for a new or future purchase or refund you.

 

Change of mind:

The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase in writing, sending his withdrawal to the Company by email ([email protected]), but with the obligation to cover the cost / cost of returning the product to the point of delivery. In this case, the Company within 14 calendar days of receiving the above message will refund the buyer the money to the bank account that he will indicate in his withdrawal.

For the buyer's valid withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear. The return can be made via Courier. In any case, the return of the product should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT, Retail Sales, etc.)

In the event of a change of products in a discount or offer, they are changed to the respective discount or offer price within 14 days from the day of confirmed receipt of the order by the buyer. If the return is due to the fault of the Company, the cost of return shall be borne by the latter.

Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the Company and after inspection of the returned product.

  • From your location: We pick up the product for return from your location at your expense if it is a withdrawal (change of mind) and at our expense if it is a defective product.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging and accompanied by their purchase receipt or invoice.
  • Please deliver the products packed in any bag to protect them during transport.
