A lean forty-pound creature from New York's Lower East Side, the Steve Rogers, transforms into Captain America. This is thanks to the legendary super-soldier serum. Just before the formula was lost seemingly forever. But now, years later, the grandson of its creator has rediscovered the serum. Now he plans to sell it to the highest bidder.
