Haristra, Galantoma, Kimbarissa, Ichtibarissa, Tevekela and Jumerta are each called a generous and open-minded woman. What we call a "woman of the offer"... Such a woman is the "Smyrna cypress", who gave and continues to give people generations of durlandades (those who quickly come to the fun and dance), generations of love and nostalgia for the lost paradise of the East, which they took care to transfer to the descent of the soul of their descendants. The people mentioned in this book, who went from immigrants to refugees, had one thing in mind when they started their lives in another land... They reconciled with the past, so as not to destroy the present. They got rid of everything that was not useful, beautiful or did not fill them with joy. They gave time to time, to heal the pain from the wounds of an incalculable disaster, giving forgiveness to people and situations. They didn't dream about life, they lived their dreams. They understood that time does not turn back and made the best of what they had. The book gives optimism, strong emotions, twists and turns.
