Let's take some simple habits. A child's life is largely made up of structured activities. We tend to repeat certain phrases when we ask him to do things. For example, we all know it's hard to get our kids to wash their hands before sitting down to eat. So we can make this process fun with a song to mark the start of the process. At the same time it will teach them important phrases in English and our work will be done without crying:

Now it's time to wash our hands, wash our hands!
Now it's time to wash our hands and come to lunch!

The same can be applied with shaving, brushing teeth or even for children to eat their vegetables!
