THE DEMONS OF NORMANDY

September 1944...The villagers of Pont D'Ugy shudder even at the memory of that hellish day, when an elite division of American tanks annihilated an entire armed Nazi phalanx. Thirteen US Army tanks, all black as darkness. A strange sight, even in wartime. During the battle the crawler of one of the tanks broke, and it was immobilized, unable to complete its murderous mission. For some inexplicable reason, the Allies sealed off his turret and abandoned it by the wayside. For thirty years, it remained in the same spot and rusted year after year, a grim reminder of the hell of war. Some locals claimed that the chariot was cursed. They had heard ghostly voices and hysterical laughter echoing inside it. And hadn't a woman died exactly thirteen days after she attempted to cast out the demons? Did that chariot really hide some supernatural power within it…something so macabre and satanic that no one dared even approach it…something capable of unleashing such unspeakable evil that no earthly power could exterminate?
